88big Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 88big, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions apply. 88big reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be evidenced.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion imposed by 88big or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating an Account for any third party's benefit.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 88big is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88big does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 88big, or of any game content provider whose products appear on the Platform.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on 88big. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether in the same name, a different name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, 88big reserves the right to close all related Accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any accumulated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Indonesia), email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 88big is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88big will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. 88big may at any time require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card — or passport) and proof of address. You must cooperate fully with all KYC requests within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 88big support team. 88big reserves the right to close any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other breach of these Terms, subject to settlement of any outstanding balances where applicable.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 88big accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 88big does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Member's own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your Account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Members seeking higher limits may contact the support team to discuss VIP arrangements.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your Account Wallet instantly or within minutes of receipt of cleared funds by 88big. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact the support team and provide proof of transaction (bank receipt or e-wallet screenshot).

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 88big targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during system maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal has been flagged for additional security review. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must:

• Have a fully verified Account (KYC complete where requested);
• Have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to a Bonus;
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Have made at least one deposit using the withdrawal method requested, or as otherwise permitted by 88big at its discretion.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 88big is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that 88big, in its sole discretion, considers suspicious may be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. 88big may require enhanced documentation for large or unusual transactions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by 88big are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds or stake requirements, eligible games, and expiry window are stated clearly on each promotion page. You are advised to read these requirements in full before claiming any Bonus.

5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless 88big expressly permits otherwise in the promotion terms, each Bonus may be claimed only once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. 88big reserves the right to reverse Bonuses and void related winnings where it determines that a Bonus has been claimed in breach of this restriction.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 88big actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus funds with minimal risk, and colluding with other Members. Where Bonus abuse is detected, 88big reserves the right to void the Bonus, cancel related winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any losses incurred as a result.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. 88big reserves the right to modify the terms of any Bonus, or to withdraw a Bonus offer, at any time and without prior notice, provided that Bonuses already claimed and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claim.

5.6 Seasonal and Event Promotions. 88big may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotional offers carry their own specific terms and are available for the stated promotional period only.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 88big Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product. Sportsbook bets, live casino wagers, slot game plays, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, Scratch Card purchases, and e-sports bets are each governed by their respective product rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only considered accepted when a confirmation message and reference number are displayed to you following placement. You are responsible for verifying that your bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. 88big is not responsible for bets placed with incorrect details due to Member error.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event that a price, payout, odds, or result is displayed due to a technical error or human error that is obviously incorrect, 88big reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the Member's Wallet. 88big will not honor bets placed on the basis of a manifestly erroneous price or outcome.

6.4 Insufficient Funds. Bets may only be placed if your Account Wallet holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake. 88big does not offer credit. Any attempt to place a bet exceeding your Wallet balance will be declined.

6.5 Match Fixing and Integrity. Any Member found to have placed bets in connection with match-fixing, corruption, or any integrity violation in sport will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. 88big cooperates fully with sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in integrity investigations.

6.6 Game Provider Rules. Slot games, live casino tables, and other third-party games are operated by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The rules of each such game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game provider rules and 88big platform rules, the game provider's rules shall apply in respect of the individual game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88big Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Using the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions or activity of any kind;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88big staff or other Members;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

All content on the 88big Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88big or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 88big.

10.1 The 88big Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88big, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

10.3 In no event shall 88big's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 88big's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

88big collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, identity document details, and payment information — is used to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver the 88big service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

88big reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where we consider a change to be material and likely to affect your rights or obligations, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the 88big Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88big holds its international gaming licence.

You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that you access and use the 88big Platform entirely at your own risk and on your own legal responsibility. 88big makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in every jurisdiction, and it is your sole obligation to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable to you.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through 88big's customer support and complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by 88big at its discretion. The language of arbitration shall be English.
